(August 4, 2017, 11:09 pm)Very nice staff, really good food anywhere else we have tried turkey ribs they tasted re heated. But Kulakula's has always tasted fresh smoke coming off when u pill apart man. Well well worth the wait always.

(February 25, 2017, 3:58 pm)Good, friendly service. The owner and staff were EXTREMELY helpful. Awesome portions for the prices. My family fell in LOVE with the broasted wings on Thursdays. The food is TRULY cooked from the SOUL, as all food should be! If you are in Dayton, this is a MUST STOP!

(December 3, 2016, 10:09 pm)Great soul food! Went with some family on soul food Saturday and we tried a little bit of everything.Hostess was patient and helped us decide on what to get. It's a bit pricey but you good amount of food (2 sittings worth) we all had to go plates! Interestingly we ate in and the food was boxed in to-go containers. It was convenient for sharing and taking leftovers, but I would prefer the food be served on a plate and boxed later. Overall, very great experience -will definitely be back!
