BRAVO

Went for mother's day and I guess they were too busy. Waited very long to even be greeted at the table. Food came out and it was dry, maybe they were conserving sauce since it was so busy.

I love the food but they should have a larger space for people who place and pickup takeout orders. The current space for takeout orders is too small. Customers that come for takeout is just as important as people who choose to dine in.

There have been some recent menu changes in the last few months as it seems that some items have been removed and a couple added (grass fed beef and pork meatballs was a new meal I had and it was delicious) which has created a menu that is simple and smaller than before and this is a good thing. The shrimp Napoli is always excellent.

Service was good. The pricing and quality of food isn’t competitive with restaurants like Olive Garden. I didn’t have a bad experience, but I have no intentions on returning.

The food was amazing!! But, I have to bring it down to 3 stars simply because our waiter seemed to be annoyed that he was even clocked in. He was attentive, but his attitude sucked. It's the small things that count to me, and his attitude definitely brought down the experience. No matter who it is that he was serving he should have been smiling and giving off positive vibes. I do understand everyone has an off day, so I hope that's what the issue was, and not WHO he was serving.
