I stopped in around 8 ish and I'll say this was the worst visit .I've only been there maybe a handful of times .But the rice is dry . crunchy (undercooked) and it was so bland .staff there was friendly but had NO clue what they were doing at the moment .it wasn't a good visit at this point .
