Sheetz

This place is amazing. The gas prices are always cheaper, the food to order is AMAZING and the staff is always so friendly and helpful at every single Sheetz I've been to. Which leads me to consistency....which they are....and that's important to me. I used to be a loyal speedway customer, for years, but I have now switched to Sheetz for many reasons including the loyalty program. It's a pretty awesome place, I love the self checkout AND the scan and go too!!! you should definitely try it....I mean.....why the Sheetz not!!

Ordered 70 dollars worth of food and they couldn't get it right. Rubber chicken sandwich. All of it was over cooked. 2 chicken tender meals ( chicken tenders ,Mac &cheese , 1 w/ fries ,1w/tots) this picture is the 2 well done meals , no fries and chicken pieces . Check your food before you leave or you have to go back

It is very disappointing. All the hype about always available food, clean stores, well stocked. So far, out of 3 visits, all between 3:30 am and 4 am, heading to work, kiosks are down and food can not be made or sold.
The store is dirty and not stocked well at all. This is a brand new store and chain to the area. Is it lack of care or employees? Who knows

As an edit to this review, I stopped this morning for gas, and decided to give the food another chance. 4 am. Very clean this visit. Very well stocked, and I ordered food via the kiosk. Smooth, user friendly, and the order was made quickly. Good food. A lot better experience. I hope that the improvement holds up. today is 10/19/21

I was anxious to check out Sheetz now that it's made its way down to Central Ohio. My first visit did nothing to make me want to visit again. Located just off of US HWY 23, getting in and out of this location is surprisingly difficult. There's nothing outstanding about this place. It is a shiny, new convenience store/gas station. If you are a regular fan of Sheetz from Northern Ohio, you will probably welcome a familiar place where you can stop while traveling. If you're already a Speedy Rewards Speedway member, or a devotee of some other convenience store, you're not missing anything by driving past Sheetz to frequent that place instead. Convenience stores should be convenient. The two Sheetz I've seen are both located oddly close to other, well-established convenience stores that are all much easier to get in and out of without driving on some long service road or stopping at a stop light. Location fail.
