    Food and service was excellent, but was charged for a 12" when I only ordered and received a 6"

    Chicken sub I got was good could have used more sauce.

    The manager cares about customer service, which is rare. Awesome fresh subs, well kept place. Definitely give it a visit.

    What a great place to eat! Friendly staff, great food, great atmosphere! I would highly recommend this restraunt to eat at.

    Very friendly staff, good quality food, they get your order right and if not, or there's some other kind if issue, they fix it promptly and well. Manager seems very on top of things and customer-oriented. I would say they the best sub shop in Kent but the Franklin Deli edges them out in that area (hard to beat fresh-sliced meat and those Franklin buns...)
