Menu is super fun! Sweet potato fries, banana peanut butter waffles, ect. Service could be better. Forgets drinks, placed a high chair at our table for us then disappeared for 10 minutes and came back "Sorry guys, I didn't know you were here."
Great place for a meal. Staggering selection of quirky and classic treats. Mac and cheese and cinnamon rolls not to be missed. Can't really go wrong. Usually a wait and parking is a hassle, but the food and service outweighs any issue.
Great place to get a guaranteed great breakfast. Lots of cafe drink options and the Chai Latte is the best I've ever had. Great customer service and creative menu choices that aren't too off-the-wall just in case you're not feeling ambitious. Warm, casual atmosphere. Parking and wait times can be an issue depending on when you're dining so plan ahead though the majority of the time, no issues. This place has the creative charm that Kent's all about!
It's refreshing to go to an eatery that obviously takes pride in what they serve. The food is good, the servers are friendly, and the establishment is clean. There are a variety of specials throughout the week, and the best seems to be all food 42% off on Fridays. Ask why 42%, and you'll get a unique answer. The menu has a nice selection of vegetarian options and they serve breakfast all day. They do not seem opposed to special orders either. And get this...the croutons are freshly made and they serve real, honest-to-good mashed potatoes!
Decent food but it wasn't as great as we had hoped. I had one of the flatbreads and it was smothered in too much sauce and the cheese was barely melted. The waitress was busy and she did her best, but we ended up waiting quite awhile for our ice cream and then for the bill at the end. They were also out of several flavors of ice cream, as well as hamburger buns and provolone cheese (which seemed odd). We drove about a half hour to try this place out and it was just satisfactory.
