Hardee's

I never have any issues at this location. Food is always hott and staff are always nice and helpful.

My parents and I ????stopped ????here to grab a quick ????bite for lunch while on our way to our family's ????house, and we sort of wish we'd have gone elsewhere. First of all, after ????ordering a small ????Coke to drink, the girl at the ????drive-through told my mom [nicely enough mind you] that "just so you know, our CO2 machine is ????down, so the Coke will taste a little ????flat." My mom softly chuckled, muttered to us ????"just a 'little' flat?", and then ????cancelled her ????drink. While driving, my parents bit into their ????sandwiches/hamburgers????, smirked at each other, and both affectively said something like ????"well this isn't quite as good as I was hoping for." (Apparently the ????bread was ????soggy, among other things). Then, shortly down the ????road, my mom (who hadn't eaten yet that day and was ⚠️hungry) opted to throw the last couple bites of her ????sandwich out the ????window. Lastly, while ????????hearing the not-so-good experience here, my cousin agreed with my parents and said that she had heard some ????????disappointing ????remarks/reviews of the place from fellow ????people around the area.
Now, I'm not????saying that this ⭐Hardee's is automatically bad based solely on this ☝????one experience (because honestly it could have ????????hopefully just been a misrepresentation), but it was enough to probably keep❌us from going out of our way to ????eat here ????again. (And perhaps apparently we're not the only ones who feel this way, because [whether it was an accurate ????depiction right then or not] both the ????parking lot and ????drive-through were completely ????empty when we stopped.) ????
