The Bison and The Boar

5 star Excellent food. This was our first visit. Bison, Boar & salmon were prepared to perfection with amazing flavors. The 5 cheese mac & cheese was oh so yummy. We'll return & bring friends. Great Service!

We dined recently with a small group, so menu selections varied and positive comments were numerous. Personally, the bison and the boar which we chose were noth excellent -- so tender we cut it with our table knives. Vegetable and salad seasonings were uniquely tasteful without an overpowering flavor.
Staff was friendly; attentive and helpful without being intrusive or distracting.
We will definitely be returning!

Delightful evening with a longtime girlfriend. Appetizers & wine at the spacious bar. Our bartender Taylor was naturally friendly & knowledgeable. The Chef, Isaiah was a treat to meet! We plan a dinner date with our mates very soon. Anxious to taste their signature Bison & Boar entrees. Highly recommended!!

This is a nice restaurant with good food but nothing special. The service was excellent and the restaurant presents as a higher end restaurant until the end and then you have to take your bill up and pay at the cash register. For the price of our bill I can think of a few other restaurants I would rather spend this kind of money at with more memorable food.

We made the almost hour drive and let me tell you, it was definitely worth it. The food was amazing. Everything from the salad, that my wife claims was the best salad she’s ever had, to the main entree. I would definitely recommend this place. Great concept and great food.
