    Love the pizza and the discount coupons

    Sent my online order in 45 minutes prior to pick up. When I got there, my sandwiches weren't made yet because a worker set the ticket aside and forgot to make them, yet the pizza was done and was sitting in the warming window.. The manager on duty was gracious enough to refund $5 on my bill because of my wait without my having to ask.

    Cashier/server is very helpful and courteous. The food is dependably good. We like Donatos.
