Hudson & Essex - Fine Dining

Finally! A truly FINE dining restaurant in Mansfield. Hudson and Essex is exactly what this town needed. My wife took me here for my birthday and we could not have had a better experience. We started off with a tasty bottle of local wine and an EXCELLENT charcuterie board full of different breads, cheeses, meats and more. For the main course, my wife had fish and I enjoyed a PERFECTLY prepared steak. Our waiter, Reed, was top notch. He was attentive and friendly, but not obtrusive. We'll definitely ask for him when we come back. We'll be recommending Hudson and Essex to all of our guests. Keep up the good work!

The bartender Ryan was so wonderful. He helped us decide the perfect wine and took care of us very well. We loved the food too! The crab mac and cheese is delightful!

We finally made it to this wonderful place everyone is talking about. We started at the winery downstairs, the decor was welcoming and a treat as well as the service. I had the red wine and blueberry yummy!
Dinner upstairs followed, the atmosphere and decor was just as pleasing. We started off with the amazing grilled watermelon salad!
Our entire meal was a real treat. So happy the Taylor's invested in our little town. Go show your support and get a great meal!

Absolutely exceeds expectations in every way, I am pleased Mansfield has a quality place now. Everything on the menu is amazing. The first time I went I took may family and dinned upstairs. What a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy fine dining. We tried the Steak, Lamb, Clams, Alfredo with Chicken (Not on the menu but they made it anyway for my daughter who is very picky.), Cheese Pizza, Cheesecake, and ice cream. All was amazing, everyone could not stop saying how good their food was. The Wine from the winery downstairs was delightful. The second time I visited was with my wife, we just popped in downstairs for a quick glass of wine and appetizer. We sampled all of the sweet wines and took home three of our top picks. Service both times upstairs and down was wonderful. The GM is doing a fantastic job training his team to give the very best dining experience. Thank you to the owners for creating such a nice place for Mansfield to enjoy.

A beautiful restaurant! Patio is wonderful! Great place to meet friends. It is pricey, but we had a great time! Lobster mac and cheese was amazing! I loved the asparagus and potatoes! We will go back and enjoy the patio.
