The Local At 97

Loud and boisterous when we were there but a lot of locals were cheering for the Columbus hockey team. Reasonably priced, delivered quickly, and the waitress was nice and easy to deal with as well.

This is a nice clean bar with the most amazing soft pretzel. The pizza is delicious ???? and the beer is always cold! The only downfall or upside depending on how you look at it, is that craft beer are most of what is on tap.

We stopped for lunch. This was our first time at the local at 97. We were seated as soon as we arrived. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I went with the special of a bacon patty melt on rye with a cup of broccoli potato chowder. Hubby chose a bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries. Our whole meal was nicely portioned and well seasoned. The only minor complaint I would have is the time frame we waited for our food to arrive for the small amount of people there. The place was clean with clean restrooms. Nice varied menu from pizza and subs to burgers and dinners. We Enjoyed our meal.

The newly remodeled and formerly Mikes Pizza (it was a dive). They still use the pizza recipes from Mikes, which are really good. The building has been totally redone inside. Really nice, full bar and decent prices. The sandwich I got was really good.

Awesome local pub with great food. Atmosphere is superb especially when there's live music. Clean and well kept. My favorite place in Lexington to grab a bite and throw back a few beers. Owner is very personable and accommodating. Check this place out!
