(April 4, 2019, 10:08 pm)Service was kind and attentive. Didn't get it right but worked hard to make it right. Good to see a steak-n-shake with enough employees available to serve the customers. We enjoyed the food. Do wish they would bring back the sprinkled parmesan cheese for Chilli Mac. 2 1/2 hours away to find one open and busy was a good site and enjoyable meal.

(February 25, 2019, 11:54 pm)Not very happy... I forgot to order milkshakes so I ordered at window. They ask me to pull up. No big deal at first it was my fault. But 20 minutes later our food finally comes out. Food comes out but no shakes. They said they were on their way. So I checked food we did get it was short one fry. So I told the woman when they finally came out with shakes. So now our hot food is cold and we have cold food for dinner cause I am not going back.
