“Food was delicious. Service was great by our waitress, but upon first entering the restaurant, we waited at least 5 minutes before we got greeted and acknowledged by the hostess! I was honestly about ready to leave, because I feel like you should be greeted upon entering the establishment and be told if there is availability or if there is going to be a wait time, and we were standing right in front of the hostess station!”

“Had the rib eye steak tonight with corn on the cob and potatoes. The best corn on the cob. Great potatoes. I like my steak well done and it still had pink in it but, was delicious. Very good chips, salsa, and main coarse. Of course it's expensive but it's worth a good meal. Good decor and big booths. Not too busy for a Friday night either. Will be going back!”

“I ate at this restaurant for the first time today and I don't know why it has so many negative reviews. I almost avoided Nagasaki because of the reviews I had been reading. Maybe it suffered from the stated problems in the past but if that is so, this restaurant has really cleaned itself up. The dining room was clean. There were no dirty tables and certainly not the unclean environment that you would find bugs in. I cannot comment on the sushi because sushi isn't my thing so I didn't try any, but can confirm that the teriyaki chicken and fried rice is delicious. Price range, it is gonna run you about $12-$15 per person. That is reasonable for the quality of food they serve but it's gonna cost you a bit more than a meal at Wendy's would. Overall, this is a great restaurant for this area.”

“I had used the website to save our place in line and still waited the same amount of time as if we walked in. We waited about 45 minutes even though the website said we should have gotten in in about 15. I didn’t really have an issue with it because they were very busy. So, we finally get seated and still waited to be greeted. Tables that sat after us were served before us. We eventually sat for probably 15 minutes. Once we were noticed, the manager offered us a free appetizer which was awesome ! But we also got a server name Victoria C. who was the one that spotted us and took it upon herself to take care of us. I’ve been a server before and could tell that our table was out of her assigned section. Still, she managed to take care of everything that we needed! She was very fast and very nice. Thank you Victoria for you excellent service !”
