Great service! I love Comfort Inn!

Stayed here before, great hotel.

Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. Nice pool. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean bathroom but the shower would occasionally run out of hot water.

While my own couple of stays here have been wonderful, I had a vastly different experience with arranging a room for family coming from out of state for my father's funeral. We got a phone call on the day if check-in from said family telling us that they were being asked for payment. The room was booked over the phone and was supposed to have been paid by us when it was reserved. We called to fix the situation and give payment details over the phone, because we were in the middle of prepping for the funeral. The staff member who answered insisted that someone needed to come to the hotel to pay for the room and got an attitude about it. Having worked at a hotel before, I know full well that a credit card can be taken over the phone, and one should have been taken to at least hold the reservation to begin with. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled, and I'm very unlikely to put any other family or friends up at this hotel again because of this. To their credit, they did make a sincere effort to make things right.
