Buffalo Wild Wings

I had the best waitress I've ever had & her name was Rachaal. She was courteous, very outgoing, always had a smile on her face, and checked back about every 15 minutes to see if I needed anything. I sat & watched as the other employees were doing their job & I was so happy that I was placed in a waitresses section by the name of Rachaal. While not many were evening acting like they liked their job you could see that Rachaal loved what she did. I will be sure to tell other that go visit Buffalo Wild Wings to make sure & ask for Rachaal. I was ("very impressed") by her.

Got our drinks and food fast! Went to the mill first, had to wait to get seated and no one got our drinks and it had already been 10 minutes so we left and walked next door to guys, service was great! Our waiter was awesome and very entertaining. Glad we left and went here to eat instead!

The past 3 times I have been there. An issue has occurred from old food to slow service. This time was no different slow service to start off and our waitress seemed annoyed at us from the start. Once the food came everything seemed to smooth out and run fine.

The customer service was amazing, the wait for the food was pretty decent, and the food was good; only complaints were the alcoholic drinks and the food could have been prepared better. For example, the frozen Hawaiian drink (blue colored) was NOT GOOD and the wings looked like they were prepared at home. The cooks/bartenders needs to be re-trained or replaced. Stopped in because we were killing time in Portsmouth. I have eaten here before but today was especially good. Food was great and the service was excellent. The dessert nachos were too much for 2 people but that didn't stop us from trying. Happy hour specials were a great value.
