Fuji sushi & steak house Japanese Restaurant

Went at lunch time, alone. (Self care Wednesday!) Was greeted warmly by a very joyful waitress. Ordered Sashimi Deluxe. I was very impressed by the display and the quality. Will go again soon! Thank you for the wonderful service!

Great menu. Broad variety. Very accommodating on special requests and substitutions. The only thing was three children playing from front to back of the table area, a little distracting. Very good quality. Authentic.

My time spent here was well worth it. My experience was the best out of any steak house I've ever eaten at. (I've eaten at quite a few, all around the United States)

We stopped in one Sunday night about an hour before closing. The staff was so friendly to us and lavished attention on our daughter. The tempura (kind of a sweet and sour sauce with a little kick; unusual and good), sashimi and rolls were excellent, the miso and tea hot and flavorful. Nice atmosphere, nothing fancy, but dim enough to make it inviting for evening. Overall, great experience!

I have been going here since it opened. I have never ever had a bad meal here. I use to go every monday since it was my day off but now they are closed then. Now I slide in when I have time. Super friendly staff. Very fresh food. They are hands down the best sushi in the area. Better then Sake in troy. Better then anyone. They make my kids feel like family. Just an all around great experience.
