(March 24, 2019, 1:01 am)Excellent fish sandwich. Great counter sales person. The dinning room was empty yet every table we approached was dirty. Little more attention to keeping things swept and wiped would make a big difference.

(March 5, 2019, 5:03 am)Cynthia is the General Manager of this new Arby's. Her name is actually on the door on the east side of the store. Cynthia waited on me at the counter and while I was at the beverage bar getting my drink and condiments, Cynthia actually delivered my tray to me in person and called me by my first name. Wow. I HAVE NEVER had service like that at ANY fast food restaurant. Location. Location. Location. It's all about Location, folks. The old Arby's was a night mare to get into by car and to exit out of onto State Street. As much as I like Arby's I avoided the old store because it was impossible to exit onto State Street in traffic. Now, they have a brand new spot with avenues to enter and exit and it is still the same high quality Arby's food I have enjoyed for years with many new twists too along the way. I will go back just to see Cynthia again! ;-)~
