Texas Roadhouse

Went with a large party of 15 and had to wait an hour and a half even though we had a reservation. We were given a complimentary appetizer tree chipper two tables to make amends. Also, they only provided us with one server and she clearly needed more help. Despite, everyone and I really enjoyed the food, it tasted great!

Great food and service, even when busy. This location in particular goes above and beyond. We come here frequently and have never had a bad experience.

This is always a wonderful place to eat even if you get a meal that's not correct there no argument they just take it back and make it correct and bring it back the waitresses here are always top-notch friendly funny they make the experience better. I was part of a party of 10 and our waitress I wish I remembered her name she used to be a school bus driver if that helps was wonderful she was so on top of stuff it seem like she would get it before we would even ask. Management should be very proud of their employees in the efficiency of that restaurant. Doing it right in Alliance

An Hour wait... To be seated.. Great service.. And perfect timing. Food.. Medium well steak was still bleeding.. Most food.. Over seasoned (salt?).
Floor manager asked how everything was, yet never identify herself. She had great timing to ask when mouth was full and meal nearly gone..

Never a bad meal here. Most of the wait staff is top notch. The special guests they have on occasion for kids night is really nice, our children love coming here. If you come after 5pm on just about any day, expect at least a 30min wait. If you have a larger party and are seated in the banquet room, expect to not have a decent conversation with your party as it is EXTREMELY loud in there, almost unbearable.
