Outdoor space in downtown Canton. Look forward to events. Jerzees has set up a nice location for food and beverages.

We attended a music concert there today. The park is unique. They have pictures of football Hall of Fame inductees showing . Some nice mounds to play on for little children. Jerzees restaurant allowed us the use of there bathroom. Very clean.

Been watching the ongoing construction for the last year. Was supposed to be done August 1, 2020....it's now 9-12/2020 and still not done. Something looks very wrong with the metal, roller coaster like structure. A huge section had been cut out of it and now there are numerous temporary ground cables tugging on the thing. The outer support columns look seriously out of plumb in both directions. That doesn't seem like the original intent. The landscaping and pavers are very nice, but it remains to be seen how traffic and riff raff will bang it all up. It's September 25, 2020 now and I just heard that the metal structure has subsided 9 inches, which is the cause of the delays. Sounds like the footings weren't deep enough or the disturbed soil not compact enough. Remember there had been a two story basement under that entire block at one point.
