Don Quijote

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. It is slightly more expensive than the typical Dressler Road fare, but the food is far from typical. Truly authentic Spanish foods. For a great gathering, go get Paella for the group. Yum.

We had the cured meats and cheese appetizer, grilled flounder, paella and lobster bisque, sharing it all like a good European family dinner. Our meal was delicious from beginning to end.

Forgot to take pictures upon arrival of the foods, but they were all beautifully presented.

The food is excellent, the service is good but the time they take bringing the food is horrible. You are half way on the appetizer and they bring the salad, you are not even half way with the salad and they bring the entrees. Everybody gets their food at different time.
The table is not big enough to keep all your plates at one.

It's very beautiful inside, food was delicious! Definitely want to try all the tapas - or small plates. Owner came out to see how everything was and he was very friendly and explained a few things on the menu. If you haven't been definitely give it a try!

Great fresh food! So different than the norm in Canton. The servers were very helpful. The owner even came to explain a few things from the menu. My wife and I will definitely be returning!

This restaurant is recently opened and I Loved it. I lived in Spain for a year and this is really high quality authentic Spanish food. If you have never had real Spanish food, give this a try.

The owners came out and talked. They are high quality people and this is a great addition to Canton. It is clean, inviting and really well run.
