My husband spoke with Joe and we were issued a credit to make up for the poor experience we had to give them another chance. We appreciated the responsiveness to our concern, so I’ve adjusted the original rating to reflect that.

My husband and I decided to try a pizza after hearing all the hype, but unfortunately our experience wasn’t great. We ordered a small pepperoni deep dish to share, got to the restaurant a little earlier than our online order stated it would be ready and it was cold by the time it got home. We don’t live far- maybe 8 minutes or so. When we got home, we noticed that the bottom of the crust was burnt. The edge of the crust was terrible. When we bit into it, it crumbled into a powder-like consistency, maybe from being burnt? Can’t say we’ve experienced that before. The flavor of the sauce was good, I will say that. All in all, for a small 1-topping pizza, definitely not worth the $18!

The best pizza I've had in Ohio thus far! Handmade, dip dish pizza. The small pizza is the size of a medium anywhere else. It's a little pricey, but worth it! Two people can eat off of a small deep dish and get full. I'm 6'1" 245 and I got full from just two slices.

Me and my family dined at Giordanos last night. Our experience was impeccable. The food was excellent from presentation to quality. Our server Jasmine was very warm and welcoming. She accommodated us in every way and she kept us entertained. Such an exceptional young lady! We didn't have to ask for a single thing from a refill to a napkin! She was very personable and helpful which my family really appreciated because great service is so hard to come by these days. We are a working class family so we like to spend our money wisely and this was well worth the pricey menu. Great atmosphere, great food, great people! 5 stars hands down!

Holy cow, this was the best pizza I've ever gotten. I'm not one for deep dish but this was a completely different story. My husband and I sat at the bar and we had the most efficient bartender I have ever had the experience of being served by. I believe her name was Essence and she was the absolute best. Her customer service skills were absolutely top notch. We eat out a lot and we rarely get good quality customer service anymore, and she definitely gave it to us. I highly recommend this place, if not for the food but for the excellent customer service experience.

Went here for lunch today, not my first time here. I love the food and the service. The spaghetti and that Alfredo are the best! The mozzarella triangles are absolutely to die for. Not to mention the service was awesome! We had Ashley today as our waitress. She made it a wonder lunch experience for us. Highly recommend!
