Pretty good chicken place; will be back to try other food.

I ordered tenders & fries, coleslaw, kid's Mac 'n cheese, brownie jar, & strawberry cheesecake jar. Sauces were garlic parmesan, honey mustard, & sweet chili. Tenders were fresh, not too crunchy, but were salty. Luckily, the sauces masked the salt. Kid's Mac 'n cheese doesn't come from a blue box (thankfully, since my household doesn't like that); it's more like KFC's/more homemade type of Mac. Coleslaw is creamy and a bit peppery. The fries were delicious; enough crunch, salt, and no oil taste. The sauces were good: sweet chili had some heat, garlic parmesan was flavorful, and the honey mustard was the tasty stuff.

Desserts: yes & yes. Strawberry cheesecake was the better one; more flavor and less air than the brownie. They are pricey; but, they come in reusable jars.

Main mehs: the chicken is salty, and the kid's mac 'n cheese is a side portion. The coleslaw was good (creamy, not vinegar), just not sweet enough for me.

I liked the tenders, lots of dipping sauce options. My daughter did not like the mac and cheese, it is not from a blue box. The fries are kinda like Wendy's. I got sweet tea and it tasted like cold coffee, not sweet, I'm sure something was wrong, poured it out. Lots of dirty tables for a place that was not to busy. The employees were nice.

My own personal opinion is that I believe this place is overhyped.
See all kinds of signs about how fresh the food is, and they make it visually appealing.
I'm not sure if it was because my kids and I got there later in the evening, but the food was definitely not fresh.
I ordered some wings and fries, my son ordered chicken and waffles, and my other son ordered a classic chicken sandwich.
The classic chicken sandwich was the winner of the three items I purchased for us to eat.
The wings I ordered were tepid at best and the fries chewed like they were sitting in a heating tray for an excessive amount of time.
I can only imagine it was probably the same with the wings.
I asked the cashier for mild wings, but she looked at me puzzled as if she didn't understand what I was wanting.
She couldn't even suggest anything along the line of mild hot wings.
So I just went with garlic parmesan.
The wings were full of broken bones, but the sauce was not too bad, and at least the wings were meaty.
Even though they were not fresh and more so on the colder side, I still ate them, because... well, I was hungry.
My son said the chicken and waffles were okay, but he had a hard time cutting through the chicken and waffles with a plastic knife...
Yes the serveware is plastic.
My other son smashed his classic chicken sandwich with big smiles.
He said it was delicious.
However, the only hang up were the fries were warm and old.
I'm sure I'll be back again, and that'll give me a better perspective of how the food is.
But for now, I can say that I wasn't really impressed.

The location is very easy to get in and out of. Ordered online and food was done on time right as I got there. The drinks I got had no sugar but that’s okay because the manager fixed it quickly and respectfully. I got the Buffalo chicken Mac bowl and it was very good. The Buffalo sauce and macaroni and cheese blended very well and had great flavor. The Texas toast was buttered great and I love the garlic taste. Also tried sauced hot tenders and the tenders were sauced just right and the tenders were seasoned properly and had a nice crisp texture and tender taste. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to try a new chicken place!
