Chick-fil-A

Never been there before until today. I was in line for over 20 minutes. They gave us one Chick-fil-A sauce per order. Cost me over 30 bucks to feed three people a meal. Food was ok at best. In my opinion there's plenty of chicken sandwiches and things at other places of much better quality.

We drove from Louisville so our little one could meet Santa at this location. They had the cutest meet and greet set up! The staff was so friendly and food was great. The owner and his family were even there to greet us and chat. It was such a nice experience. We’ll be back!

8/10 times my sandwich is messed up at this location. Idk what it is about a chicken egg and cheese muffin but man they must hate making them lol. The majority of the time I end up receiving a chicken egg and cheese biscuit or just a chicken biscuit while being charged for the egg and cheese. Well today I ordered a CEC MUFFIN and got a biscuit again even tho it was rang in as a muffin. I work in the food industry and I know this location is rather new so I’m not going to make a big deal out of it but I’m a big texture person and I don’t care for the biscuits.

SEEMS AS THO I've been waiting forever to have a Chick-fil-A in Massillon!!!! I am beyond excited!!! So we decided to check it out Saturday evening and I must say what a pleasure, it was definitely worth the wait. The atmosphere was amazing all the hustle and bustle of the kitchen is hidden behind a wall so you don't have it spilling out into the dining area... everyone seemed so relaxed while eating and enjoying themselves. I especially got a kick out of the hand washing station outside of the restroom....Also I had the pleasure of meeting the owner his wife and his children. What a wonderful family and I'm so glad that they decided to build and open a Chick-fil-A here for the locals to enjoy!! Thanks Again Dave
