Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I'm from the east coast, so I know what a great cheese steak taste like and this was a pretty good sandwich for a chain store. Staff is always pleasant and fast and whoever commented about the lack of meat, thanks, because they fixed that issue right away. This place is definitely in my rotation.

Very open dining area. Very quaint n industrial. Super clean dining room, and behind the counter as well. The kitchen was clean. The Gal taking our order was very kind, and mixed our tangerine lemonade while we waited for our chicken Philly sandwiches n fresh cut fries. You help yourself to your condiments n then we took our hot sandwiches n fries to our table. Even the grill cook smiled at us. It wasn't superbusy, but a lot of people ordered ahead n then we're coming in to take orders home. Im going to take my momma for wings on saturday, and my hubby is going to try the steak..and I'm not sure what I'll choose yet. Great sandwiches. N hot fries.

Ok, I see some negatives out here. Maybe for a justified reason?

In my experience, I was the only customer, after 1 pm on Tuesday.

I was going to park and go in, but they have two spots available. I opted for the drive-thru.
I pull up, lady greets me. I ask for some time as it's my 1st trip through. No problem, order whenever I'm ready.
I decided on a Philly with onions, Mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised, the sandwich was hot. Real meat, not dried cardboard with beef-flavored oil on it.
And the mix of all the flavors got me thinking, " I'll do this again"

I started with a small, as costs are $7.50 start range. Just to try them out. I had water in the car and everyone knows you get a head cracking when ordering drinks.

So friendliness and cleanliness around the outside of the building were great starters. The sandwich was good enough, I'd buy it again. I'm not big on the sides, extra $$$...I'm in search of the ultimate cheese steak sandwich.
Charley's wild flavor combinations are in the right direction. I'll be back and tweak my reviews as warranted.
