Fazoli's

I do not know the employees name but he is short in stature. Everytime we go to Fazoli's which is quite frequently, the same employee is there Everytime to clean the tables , replace condiments etc. But like I said , one can always count on him being there at work which says a lot about accountability. That is rare in this time and age. Most young people can only think about games to be played all day. Very few thinks about helping their parents around the home with chores. I sure wish that my grandson would look around the house to see where he could help me more.!!!!

Food is not fantastic at any fazzoli's, but its cheap and a decent amount of food. This location however, has employees worth going in for. They were all so nice and one older female employee was just the friendliest. She told my daughter many times that she was beautiful and so polite. Made both of our days.

This was the first time I had ever been. The food was delicious. I got a sampler platter. Not as fancy as other Italian restaurants, but definitely as good as others. And definitely quicker service. The bread sticks could use a little more garlic and butter, but over all good.

Their Chicken Parmesan deal is a deal. Add a drink for $1. Two kinds of pasta and sauce with the chicken parmesan. Hard to beat for the price. Service was good, also. ????????

I'm going to start by saying that although we've had a few mishaps (getting the wrong food, missing food) their customer service and commitment make up for it. They over-deliver in that aspect.
Now food... It's delicious! It's fast, more affordable that other Italian restaurants, but still delicious! Garlic bread sticks are bomb and its nice that most dishes come with 2 bread sticks, but definitely order extra, because they're so savory... garlic buttered sticks of joy.
Shout out to Chad who made a wrong right! Great manager!
