Ermanno's Legendary Pizza

Went here after doing a local college visit. Margharita pizza was the best ever, amazing crust. Wings were huge and flavorful. Also had the chicken bowl with caribbean mango dressing, lovely. Great food and lovely hosts made for an enjoyable experience which i would recommend.

Their pizzas are great, but their other dishes are just as good. You can't go wrong with any selection. Also, they offer dairy-free cheese so if you're lactose intolerant you can still get a real pizza.

Had the Daydreamer, AKA "The 4th best pizza in the midwest" (per menu). The pizza was loaded with toppings and they were not stingy with the cheese. It's not one of those pizzas you can pick up by the slice and bite into because of the heft of toppings, which I really appreciated because I was starving that afternoon... had to eat it with a fork and knife. The overall flavor of the pizza had a sweet aspect to it due to the maple glazed bacon and caramelized onions, but also a savory aspect from the Genoa salami and meatballs. Overall, unique and very good. Can't wait to try their other pizzas. This medium sized pie goes for $18 and would have probably fed 3. Try out the place for a local take on "craft" pizzas.

FYI, as a previous reviewer mentioned, indoors seating is limited. There are maybe 4 or 5 small round tables that can seat 2 people each. There were some high chair seating around an island in the middle of the dining area - can't recall how much it seats, but no more than 8 or so. I think beverages were also limited to soft drinks only.

Got a small 4 slice pizza, delicious! The success was very good and the topping were good sized. Was ready in about 10 minutes
