“This place is THE BEST, fast, Tasty, and affordable Chinese place in North Canton. Amazing place if you are picking up food for the family or Co- workers or even for one!!! The chicken is actual chicken and not deep fried breading like almost every other family owned Chinese restaurants... The only complaints I have is is they have a deal if you spend more than $30.00 you get a free two liter... That's the only rip off! :) Oh and they are sooo good I wish they were open Mondays!”

“I was hankering some fried fish and my brother wanted tacos, we were near by and it was the perfect stop for both of us. The food was good, service was fast and they were nice, but the table we sat at needed some cleaning along with the bench, along with the table next to it. We ended up cleaning one of them ourselves with some napkins from the condiment counter. Overall, it was okay and it filled my need for some fast fried fish.”

“There were five adults going for a nice lunch. We've eaten at Grinders many times before at the Canton location and love the food. From the moment we sat down our waitress was not very polite. No matter how kind we were to her she would not smile or respond in a kind way. She even walked away before we even finish giving our orders. We were shorted one straw so we asked another waitress if we could have one and we received a look like why are you asking me I'm not your waitress. This type of service continued through our entire visit. The one positive was the food was very good and made exactly the way we had asked. If anything I would encourage your staff to smile and be kind to their guests.”

“It is sad to see the downward slide of what was once Canton’s preeminent grocery chain. Gone are the days when customer service was the primary focus of Fishers Foods. I have been shopping there for more than sixty years and sorely miss the days when the manager and cashiers knew me by name and would treat me more like an old friend than merely another customer. With the closing of some of their stores and the lack of focus on customer service it probably won’t be long until Fishers is a distant memory. All that being said I do have to give kudos to the ladies that run the deli department in the North Canton store. It is most likely because of them that this store does any business at all. If It weren’t for the staff of the deli this store would only rate one star.”
