Boiling House Seafood Restaurant

Enjoyed my birthday dinner of crawfish at Boiling House. We both found our entries cooked to perfection with quality seafood. I wanted a little more spice from my medium cajon boil and the potato to be a little more done otherwise on point. Our waiter placed the wrong order for our appetizer so we had the sampler instead of the shrimp. We were rewarded with spicy mayo sauce and calamari fried to perfection. Next step - get here early enough for the blue crab and bring friends. This is a big city restaurant in our little big town of Akron. Get down here and try it.

It was perfect! 1 boil is for sure enough for 2. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic service. Nice people. Food was reasonably priced.This is one of the best seafood places I have been to. Great atmosphere.

Excellent seafood and sushi restaurant in downtown Akron. However, it is a pricey restaurant. Went there for lunch and ended up paying $22 for the shrimp boil. So not your typical lunch prices. But the food was excellent. Ordered the medium spice shrimp, but will opt for the hot spice next time.
Atmosphere is definitely above average, which was expected based on the menu selection and prices.
I wanted to try some sushi, from the plates I saw, they looked delicious. But will try and remember to come back on a Tuesday when they are on special!

I have never eaten my dinner out of a clear plastic bag with same type gloves on. It was amazing delicious! Just a bit oily but tasted great. Tons to choose from on the menu. Awesome background music and the temperature was set just right.
