Luigi’s Restaurant

Thanks to the helpful local who pointed us to this storefront Italian restaurant! The meatball casserole was excellent and provides all the best parts without the need for the pasta. Bring on the fresh bread to dip! The pizza looks great, although we didn't try it. Next time for sure. They say they shred 25k pounds of cheese a week! Don't miss this one!

This place has THE BEST pizza that I have had in a very long time!! Great ambiance inside with unique lights and stuff on the walls (check out the band above the door). Looks great from outside w/plenty of parking. Located just off a main busy street so you feel safe and DON'T feel like you'll get run over when you exit your car. Excellent food and staff!! We're going back!!

One word. CHEESE. Both their pizza and baked pasta dishes are fantastic! Luigi's restaurant is classic in the Akron area that is open late night. Don't let a long line distract you, your meal will be well worth the wait! It's a great little spot, CASH ONLY but they do have an ATM inside ❤️????????????

Fantastic Italian restaurant overall! The waitress was experienced and spot on. The salad was delicious, default prepared with cheese piled on top. The homemade meatballs were unique, tasty, and filling. At the end of the meal as we were paying, my coworker lose his cell phone. Three staff and the manager all got involved to finally locate the phone under the booth seat (with other patrons already seated).

A unique local Pizza place. Not quite deep dish, and certainly not thin crust Luigi's ends up with a wonderful chewy and delicious crust. Toppings were a little light in my opinion but good quality. Known for the cheese salad...this Akron establishment is one you don't want to miss.
