This was my first visit and I was very impressed with the food, the service, and the personal attention from the owner. It's rare to find such a place these days. There is free parking directly across the street although you might to take a taxi or ride-share so that you can properly enjoy a some of the very good wines and spirits on offer. Excellent steaks and plenty of other options for those who prefer something other than beef.

An Akron classic. If you live here, you've heard of it. After 30 years this was our first time here. Date night. Good atmosphere, mood lighting, etc. Service was wonderful. Food was delicious. We had a good experience. Baked Brie was amazing...amazing. The steak melted in your mouth. It is on the pricey side. Which has and will continue to keep us from being regulars but recommended for those special occasions.

Wonderful dining experience. A menu and specials full of outstanding options, including vegetarian and vegan, which is difficult to find in Akron. First class atmosphere. Everything you could ask for in a first-class dining experience. As others have pointed out, the prices match the quality. Relatively high-priced for North East Ohio. This is balanced by some great choices in reasonably priced wine. As a wine drinker, the reasonable wine prices balance off the menu prices. There is a good reason they now have three restaurants in the area.

My husband & I visited this fun restaurant on a trip to Akron. Service was excellent; our waiter was extremely helpful in guiding me thru the menu, offering gluten free choices. He even asked the chef about preparing the fish special gluten free, which chef was only too happy to do :). Loved our little private curtained table & all the colorful paintings of faces with enormous chins - so much humor in those! Yes, the bill was a little pricey but it was a special evening. Enjoyed it!
