Cannot complain about the Jersey Mike's menu items. They are great. The new Ellet store, however, might want to at least acknowledge a customer who is standing at the order-ahead/pickup area. I stood for exactly 10 minutes and none of the seven or so workers even said hello. At the ten minute mark, another customer came in and they immediately greeted him and asked if he ordered ahead. I broke in and said "Yes I did!" She replied, "Oh. Did you call ahead? What is your name?" Told her and she went over near the drive thru and got my order. It had been sitting there the whole time!

These people powered through an insane power outage , an entire line of people who looked like they just got off work waiting out the door- Jersey mikes are heroes, they fed the five thousand. Mr. Mike Jersey JR was making calls to the CEO with a smile on his face. Whoever says miracles don’t exist has never had it Jersey mikes way.

I had the Chipotle Philly and it was amazing. They recommend Mike's way on their cold subs. I would add to that on the customized menu. Their pepper relish is amazing, pickles peppers mayo is my choice. I've eaten there three times this week.

I'm really happy to see a Jersey Mike's in Ellet, it's a perfect location. I use to be a Subway girl but no more! Today I had a turkey and provolone minus tomatoes. It was made the way I wanted it and made fast. Lots of staff, smiling faces and everyone behind the counter was working as a team. They also have a drive thru window so you can order online and not even have to go inside when the weather gets bad. The bread was soft, meat and toppings were fresh, and it wasn't skimpy. I also recommend their cheesesteaks, cooked to order and really delicious! They have different sizes of subs, I got a regular and it's good size. Something for everyone!
