Live Mon (Thai-Malay Restaurant)

I've eaten here many times now and tried about 6 different meals. All were excellent, and the owners are wonderful people, the kind you want to support with your business. Prices are fantastic, especially at lunch, though some dishes don't qualify for the lunch price. Scale of heat is 1 to 5 with one being tge hottest. I got it backwards only once.

Will review both food and service more extensively later.

A good, solid 4, 4.25 to be Thai food in the middle of.....wherever I was, lol.

I’ve been looking for a great Thai food place in Akron for a while and I am so glad Live Mon opened up a few months ago! Excellent authentic food and very friendly service! We dined in and ordered Tom kha soup, it was delicious and healing! I got the masaman curry with tofu and my partner got the pad Thai. Both dishes were wonderful! We will be back soon!

Just excellent all around. The lunch specials were well priced, portioned, and delicious, especially for a working lunch break. Will be going back for their other dishes. Don't forget to try their Thai tea! Don't sleep on this restaurant, you won't forget it!

Food was authentic and delicious. Waitress was amazing. 10/10 will recommend. We got the fried dumplings and Malay tempura shrimp as app. They were 10/10. And got some noodles dishes. Also 10/10. Also prices were great for how much food we got!

Just opened. Great Thai food- large menu and great prices. I think it’s the family that previously owned Papaya Salad. We had Thom kha, crying tiger salad with sticky rice, and Singapore noodles. So good! As spicy as you want it. I ordered 3/5 spice and shed a few tears- careful! Spotless newly renovated space and super nice service.
