Antonio's Pizza - Copley

We ABSOLUTELY LOVED the TASTE of the Small Cheese Pizzas we got from Antonio's in Copley! Actually, the BEST we've tasted in a VERY long time....However, we had to explain to the Young Lady who took our order {8 TIMES} that we had Two Conrad Gift "Cards" NOT Paper Coupons & she had to put us on hold to "speak" to her Manager TWICE!! We drove 27 minutes ONE WAY to try your Pizzas because the Guys he works with BRAG about this place & YES, the taste was AMAZING but OMLord "train" the people taking phone orders!! We can't "see" what's going on on the other end & THIS particular "part" of our experience was HORRIBLE!!

The food was excellent, from the caprese salads to the pizza nuggets to the actual pizza. None of us drink beer, but the tech for that seemed very cool. The only odd part was ordering non alcoholic beverages was a bit odd, and also all of the food arrived at the same time, from salads to pizza. I think this is part of a focus on the no-tipping "experience" but this process needs some work on the restaurant side.

The food itself was very good. They had a variety of crust type options so many people could get what they wanted. However, they only recently opened, so their service could improve. Instead of table service, they have you place your order on slips of paper so they have no tipping. However, this doesn't seem to be any easier than standard service. They could keep the same no tipping policy by just increasing the prices of their food and having standard table service. However, they did have a picture menu, which I believe all restaurants should have.
