Don't come here. All you get is great food, terrific service, and beautiful views. The manager comes around to check on your experience. We had Mary as our server and she was hopping all around with a smile on her face. The prices are excellent for the ambiance of the place. Again, don't go, then I will have a better chance at a table.
Splendid! Service, drinks, accommodation, and food were perfect. Perch Wawa's to die for. Vegetables perfectly cooked. Risotto well cooked but a bit salty. Looking forward to returning.
Beyond happy with how everything turned out for my bridal shower at PICKs at PLX. Lindsey was phenomenal at making sure everything went smoothly. They were flexible with the menu and made our budget and vision work perfectly. The party room upstairs is clean, new and has a great view over Portage Lakes. We were happy with the food and mimosa bar we included. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to host a bridal shower, birthday, small reception and more.
The food is amazing, great regular bar type food. However the day we were there our service was very bad. The waitress seemed irritated when we were there and forgot so many things we asked her for. She also never came back and asked if we needed anything during our stay, even when a friend joined us later never asked if we needed anything. Over all a good place, service could just use some help.
