The server we had was very kind, helpful and polite. He was a very nice man. We only really went for the coffee, but we ended up getting some fruit as well. We got a bowl, which is about $5 and I figured it was going to be a normal bowl size but they gave us a lot of fruit. All of it fresh, and delicious. We didn't get anything else, but we will be back to try an actual meal another time. The woman next to us got a meal and it was huge so they have good serving sizes for the prices. I would recommend this place. The coffee is also very very good !

I really want to like this place, but it's always just meh. The service and kindness of the staff is impeccable, the ingredients are fresh and tasty, but the food that is placed in front of me always seems to go wrong. The croissants are as big as a dinner plate which is overwhelming and not manageable as a sandwich, they're hard to cut and turn what should be a lovely flavor combo into a crumbly, oozing mess in my hands. The breakfast potatoes always need salt which is never on the table, nor brought with the food and must be tracked down from a server while the food gets cold. I am not a fan of dark roast coffee. Oh, Blue Door, so many of my friends love you, why is our relationship so difficult?

Been here three times since, I think 2007? Yes, the food is always delicious and I understand it's higher quality, however, it's really expensive. It's really small, so it can be a long wait, plus depending on where you sit, claustrophobia can start to hit you. The last time I went, with three other and a child, the service was great, as always, however they didn't have a kids menu, and the highchair, could barely fit a tall, skinny toddler. The poor thing almost got stuck due to how narrow it was. We couldn't figure out how a "normal" sized toddler could even fit in it. Plus we were right by the door which made us feel more like sardines since they were so busy there were people standing right by us waiting on tables, waiting to pay, and looking and buying baked goods. I was sitting so close to the table, it was to the point of annoyance. Plus it was cold out, so sitting that close to the entrance wasnt making it any better with people waiting in the door. Since there was no kids menu, it was $ 14, alone, for no drink, a croissant, 2 scrambled eggs & 1 sausage link since that was the cheapest thing. So just be aware, even though the food is delicious, it is pretty pricey and not kid friendly.

The food here is DELICIOUS. I have yet to order something on the menu that didn't exceed expectations but the Crepes are my favorite. But if I had to say one thing that makes this place stand out, it would be how well managed the staff is. They are all friendly and helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs and enjoy working together. I watched 5 staff members flip a table (that wasn't even "their section") in 10 seconds flat to help out a co worker who had to clean up a spill at another table. They work like a well oiled machine without ever seeming "stressed" or overloaded even when the place is packed.

Deliciousness for breakfast! Great food, open early. Beautiful presentation. Excellent customer service and cozy, family friendly atmosphere. Cute spot for a date. Generous serving sizes. Yummy baked goods to take home. Guests and staff, alike were very kind and generous of heart. Encourages us to travel to Ohio more often! :)
