Wendy's

Awesome service. Laura G was very helpful. The lady in front of me ordered a baconator combo. I like bacon so I got one too. I enjoyed it.

Much better lately! In past months this place would be closed because the computer was down multiple times between 10 - midnight.

I would say 3 stars because the customer service was pretty wonderful which out weighs the thing that happened that I wasn't pleased with. I had forgot to ask for light ice when ordering my food and when I asked for it at the window the employee took the ice out with his hand and didn't use gloves or pour the ice out and that was really gross but I don't really like complaining about companies. I do do my reviews and I have over 9,000 views which isn't a whole lot but I do a lot of my insights on reviews. It's something I'm decent at and people can determine if they would like to go here. The food was very good though otherwise and I'm sure had I asked for a new drink they would have done it. I honestly probably should have asked them because I didn't even end up drinking the drink because of it. Anyways hope everyone enjoyed the review good luck on your decisions of where to eat!

This Wendy's is pretty cool. I normally don't see a Wendy's this large very often, the outside grounds are kept clean along with the interior. The employees are nothing over the top, but not bad either. Perfectly acceptable for the job they have. No complaints here.

This is one of the better Wendy's in Akron because it has those newer coke machines with a whole bunch of different flavors, it is completely upgraded with flat screen TVs and a fireplace, and it has a nice sitting area with lots of glass and natural lighting. The other Wendy's in Akron are normal or not updated and back from 1970s. So, I suggest going to this one. This one is even in a nice area.
