Red Lobster

I noticed the bad review on Lauren so I just had to leave one myself because Lauren is actually mine and my family's favorite waitress!! We have never had a bad experience with her and shes been there awhile! We don't always have her as a server but when we do she is always nice. She's good with our kids too. They were throwing a big tantrum one time in the restaurant and she calmed them right down and had them both smiling. :) That review seems fake the other person left because they only have 1 review & I didn't even know her last name as the name tags the servers wear don't have last names. But anyway this Red Lobster location in general is good it's always clean & the servers are friendly. That's why we drive out of the way to come here. We would rather drive to this location for the better customer service.

Good food once you get past the wait times. Weekends are the worst. you'll be waiting for good reason now because them buttered up biscuits will rock your world

One of our entrees was delayed...we didn't make a big deal about it but they comped the meal. It was the single best example of customer service I have experienced in years. Thank you Red Lobster Cuyahoga Falls.

The team player that took my take out order over the phone was Very patient with me while taking my order.
Very pleasant hostess.

We have always had excellent service here. We ordered the shrimp trio, surf n turf, and kids shrimp skewer. The seafood was pretty good considering the location being land locked. Also, the food was served quickly and by a very friendly waiter. He was very cheerful, patient, and helpful.
