    I ordered a pizza, when it got to my house it was wrong. So I called them, and they gave me another one for free, no hassle on my end. Great customer service and friendly delivery drivers as well. The kindness of the drivers themselves is a big reason I’m a reoccurring customer. TIP YOUR DRIVER! Food is good too.

    Food is alright, but poor delivery times -- waited 1.5 hrs for my order tonight. The few other times I've ordered was around an hour. Most places in the area arrive around 30 mins. Not worth the wait for me, I might pick up in the future though.

    I spoke with the manager this morning....very helpful after this post..I must say Thank you for your customer service.

    ordered my pizza on Friday the 27th for 13.00 tip the $3.00. I checked my account this morning and it said that East Chicago Pizza took $26.00 from my account. Pissed....bad service I had a bill that couldn't be paid due to there negligence..
