The Basement Sports Bar & Grill

Was really surprised. From the outside it looked like it would be a really dark corner bar type place but once we went inside it was really well lit and huge inside. We ordered wings to-go and they were really good. Will be back.

Much needed in this area.....service was great. Carrie,our server was very accommodating and worked with me in changing menu items to my taste. Menu was massive with tons of options. Food came out super quick, very hot and delicious. Looking around, everyone seemed happy and enjoying the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!

I would give The Basement a solid 3.5 stars, with room for improvement. Our first visit was a Sunday, early evening. We were greeted and sat, our server also greeted us quickly. Right away I noticed there was no drink list (although the server offered us a drought list after I asked). The food menu is a little overwhelming, but typical bar food offerings. Our server was very attentive. The place was newly updated and mostly clean (bathrooms get 3 stars though), bar was huge! My biggest issue was with the wait time for food. It was probably twenty minutes before I overheard the bartender tell a new customer that it’s 45 minutes for food.I wish our server had set us up with that expectation as we would’ve ordered an appetizer—we were starving. When the food did come, though, it was good! And it would definitely be worth revisiting. The chips and fries were super plain though and could really use some seasoning. But both of our sandwiches were great! We will definitely come back, but there are also some areas with room for improvement!

Looks really nice inside. Plenty of seating. Sorry - didn't take a pic. We shared WHITE QUESO & TORTILLA CHIPS. The chips were nice & warm .... yummy. I had a BURNT CHEESE FOLD OVER. It wasn't bad, a little greasy and some of the chicken was tough. Hubby had a SHRIMP PHILLY. A little too much cheese for him but other than that he liked it. Good sized portions - two can share a dish in my opinion.

Will definitely go back and try something else from their large menu selection.

We were invited to their soft opening last night; the food was great; the bar was large; lots of tables, and the wait staff was friendly. We can hardly wait to go have dinner and a few drinks. There were a ton of TV screens too. It will be great on game night! Thanks for a great evening!
