Hello Bistro - Summit Mall

Got the John Wayne burger. It was tasty and not overdone, but not GREAT. Fries were good; done in peanut oil in case anyone in your party has an allergy. My daughter got a salad, looked great, will definitely get that next time. It's unfortunate you can't get a customizable 'side salad'.

Visited this restaurant tonight for dinner. I ordered a salad made my way. My husband ordered a fresh burger. Both items where amazing!!! The ingredients were so fresh and delicious. The portions are very generous. I had a salad with chicken and bacon. You can get a salad with 2 different meats or double meat but that is extra, but I felt the salad didn’t need it. There are so many salad topping items to choose from that you could go everyday and not have the same salad twice. The fresh cut fries, with the house-made Ranch is AMAZING!
My husband loved his burger, and that it was very flavorful and juicy. We will definitely be back! Also, all the employees were very friendly and helpful, really such a great place!

Decided to try this new restaurant since they just opened. I ordered a burger and my girlfriend ordered a customized salad. Both were amazing! Definitely what this mall needed! I'll be a frequent customer that's for sure!
