    I love this place! Their reuben sandwich was delicious. It was served on pumpernickel bread with sauerkraut and thousand island dressing. The dill pickle was the perfect garnish. This is a small place, but we got a table in a short time. Hope they continue serving lunches. I will be there!

    Ive only eaten there once and got the roast beef. It was the best roast beef sandwich I've ever had. Amazing balanced, high quality ingredients. The worst part about it is they say they're shutting down the eatery soon. I think I might need to talk to my doctor to get some antidepressants to cope with this. Do yourself a favor and get in before they close up shop. Whoever does the recipes has talent and I hope opens another restaurant soon.

    It was our first time for brunch at Nosh Eatery today. Chef David did not disappoint. The food was delicious and beautifully presented.

    Absolute best lunch place in Hudson. The food is locally sourced, good for you, and good for your pocketbook. Grateful to have this place in town! PS - we also use Nosh for 100% vegan catering and they always blow us away with exceptional service and beautiful displays.
