Wendy's

This is the second time I have come to this location and there has been an issue with the Freestyle machines. First time, neither worked and they had to get soda from the back. Not a big deal. Just a mild inconvenience. This time the one machine was out of order and the second one was empty of just about every flavor I wanted. Food was good and service was pleasant. restaurant was recently remodeled and looks very nice.

I like the Twinsburg Wendy's or Macedonia Wendy's the best. I usually have no problems with my orders or quality of food at either one of these stores.

Quick service, quality food (considering the type of business...i.e. it's not a 5 star restaurant something like Blue Point Grill in Cleveland), but the service was "meh". The associates barely said anything besides taking the order and a thank you at the payment window. People having bad days? Perhaps as it does happen, or something else going on maybe.

I always stop here before headinginto work. I work 3rd shift at a plastic extrusion company in Walton Hills so it's right on the way. I have always had great food as well as service. Last night they fell a little short for the 1st time ever! My fries we're very cold, and I ordered chili with cheese, but they missed the cheese part. I called in and the night manager Kevin offered to replace EVERYTHING free of charge. I even offered to pay but he still replaced EVERYTHING for free! Awesome guy, and an asset to your company. He is just as much a reason I stop there every night as the food is. Always says "thank you, and have a wonderful night!". I'll keep coming...thank you Kevin!
