Retraction: the night crew don't deserve 14$ an hour but morning crew does!!! The guy at the first window is a sweetheart with the prettiest smile ever and Jennifer went that extra mile for her guests. 5stars to morning crew and their beast mode customer service wonderful Experience way to step it up morning crew. Now if only you could get nightshift to be as on point as you!!!

Newly remodeled inside and out. The new play place has a designated area for toddlers, touch screen games for older kids, and plenty of ways to burn extra energy throughout the rest. Touch screen ordering has found its way to north-east ohio. If you know exactly what you want and want to just get in and out, order the old fashioned way, but If you have a bit more time and you're indecisive the new touch screen ordering stations are reasonably initiative and crisp. Friendly staff and a modern feel, it might not make you wax nostalgic, but you'll still have a pleasant experience

If any of the children in McDonald's after school are yours I feel extremely bad for you. They are disruptive, disrespectful. Mean to management and the workers, as well as other customers. There are maybe 2 out of 30 that aren't entitled little shït heads. Apparently they r getting high in the bathroom (their words not mine). And honestly their $2 burgers aren't worth serving them.. be thankful the workers put up with them. Wrestling, cursing, sitting on top of tables, running through the restaurant. Honestly if adults acted this way they would be arrested for disorderly conduct. Take them home! I feel so sorry for the workers here.

Dined in here recently. Food was good, Fries were hot. Clean environment & Super nice remodeled look. Kids play area is really nice! Would recommend dining in for the new experience!
