Chicken Paprikas with an Old world Flair. I decided to try a local place nearby that I have not visited. It was mid afternoon and the place was quiet.
I was the lone diner in this well kept dining room. Everything had clean appearance to it.
I was greeted right away and seated.
The menu was a breakfast menu.
I saw the Specials board and knew what I was ordering.
There is a small Salad Bar that was draped over, and a couple of soup kettles. I like my soups year round so naturally I was having one. Chicken Noodle.
Very hearty and had deep Flavors.

After what seems like a longer than normal wait, I knew my taste buds were going to be happy with the Paprikas.
When meal arrived I expected the deep red sauce I am familiar with, but not this time. The Gravy was thick, and had separated, with whole surface was sprinkled with Paprika.
Those Dumplings were tender and chewy. Like a perfect balanced bite.
I was impressed by that. This was a made to order Bowl.

I went with my daughter on a Sunday, and had great service, and good food. Our breakfast and drinks were under 10 bucks! It was so fast and our service was great. We had to tip 80 percent because everything was so great and clean. The server brought us a coloring book, and was fantastic! We will be back.
