Bruegger's Bagels

Tasty bagels as always. Tabels need wiped more often.

This used to be a secret place to get the best bagel breakfast sandwiches in Stow... But now it's more popular. They still have great choices and an ever changing menu of choices. I've only ever had their breakfast but it's always delish! People who work here are nice and patient with you while you decide. They do a good job of keeping things moving when there's a long line.

The food is always good but I'm really shocked that you were out of over half of your bagels during the height of lunch hour. I actually watched someone walk out and not order because you didn't have the bagel they wanted. You were even out of the bagel I prefer, which is why I choose to come to your store over other bagel places. Luckily I always have a backup but it was still really disappointing.
I'm still going to eat here, just something to consider being better prepared for when lunch begins.

I I have always enjoyed the breakfast sandwich bacon egg and cheese. Recently I went twice same employee made the sandwich and when I got home it totally was not what I wanted. I did call and talk to a female manager there of which she apologized and asked me to talk to the main manager and he would make it right of which he did. Because of that I do appreciate brueggers bagels and I enjoy the atmosphere and what they make is delicious and I will keep going back because they did something about it and that means a lot to me. Satisfied customer.

Oh, and those instances when you stop by to make a purchase and your selections are warm? Oh YUM!......you will think like I did the first time that happened.
