Mother's Day buffet was excellent! The food was Delicious and a great variety to choose from at the buffet! The service was wonderful! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal and couldn't say enough positive comments about the resteraunt. The resteraunt has a nice atmosphere.

Amazing! Food melted in your mouth. Great drink selections and our server was so patient and kind. Very helpful and pleasing. Definitely enjoyed my experience.

Great mixed drinks. Really good food. Nice atmosphere, even with one year old nephew. Venison, scallops and veal schnitzel were all quite good. Good service, too!

My first time to Blue Canyon. This was a business dinner. Two people, we sat at a high top table in the bar. It seemed like things would ne good, as i was the second to arrive, and i was greeted with a water and put in a drink order, which came out promptly.

But that’s where it goes bad. My drink was dropped off by the bartender, but she just turned around and left. After waiting for about 30 minutes, we had to go and literally fetch a bartender to take our order. He seemed to be put out by being made to do so.

Now, to be sure, the food was fantastic.

But this isn’t about the food. The service was awful. It was a trial to even pay the bill...

So, the food was fantastic, but the service in the bar area was terrible. Perhaps if we had sat at the bar, but there is seating everywhere. It was not very busy, there were three bartenders. I expect a place with valet parking to be better aware of customer service.
