“I give credit where credit is due! A lot of the other “Hibachi Xpress’s” have lost site of what makes them great! It isn’t the atmosphere or the customer service, it is the food! A lot of the other imitations have lost site of the authentic hibachi food and quality! Was very satisfied with how the chef prepared the food even being so busy! Customer service needs to take a priority when the product sells itself. 03/02/19 UPDATE:: Looks like they got new management. They were SLAMMED and when i came in I was still greeted with a smile. Manager Steve was running around like a madman taking care of angry phone customers and making sure orders were coming out. I was pleased to see the work ethic changing here.
