“I love taco bell. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because they wouldn't accept my debit card. When they tried to run it they said the machine said it was not programmed. All the girl tried to do was swipe it because it is a non-chip card. The thing is I have used the card at the same taco bell before and had no issues. It was like the girl working the drive thru had no idea what to do simply because my debit card does not have a chip. I asked her to try and run it manually by entering the card number. She did not even try. When I asked her to she just said "Well it says it is not programmed." Yet she did not exhaust all the options to run my card. All she tried to do was swipe it once or twice. I feel like the only way the girl new how to run a card was by using the machine. It was like she was never trained to run a card manually.”

However, for BEING a McDonald's, I've always found the staff extremely polite and attentive, and the food is always fresh. Most importantly, they get orders right, a rarity for McDonald's I don't know if they experienced any management changes in the past 2 years, but the quality of this particular location has improved drastically over that time period. Seldom do you WANT to eat McDonald's unless you're in a rush, but at least they get it right!”

“Burritos are typically good, however it is very unsanitary considering the recent issues with disease at Chipotle. The tables here are rarely clean, the floor is littered with napkins and straw wrappers, and the burrito line has food smeared on all along it. “Well my experience with the order was very mixed. First the pizza was very good and pleasantly hot when delivered. No complaints pizza was a 4.5. Now the salad ordered was another story. The side salad was delivered in a small foam box with dressing and croutons on the side. When opened the salad consisted of cut lettuce....and nothing else. No tomato, carrots, cucumber, onion. So technically not a salad. The lack of any components to make a salad was the least of the issues. The lettuce on top of the “salad” had pieces that were spoiled (brown and slimy). Pretty disgusting. Took back to shop and requested a refund. Hence the 3.0.”
