(July 1, 2019, 9:32 am)I've eaten at countless Applebee's over the course of 10 years and this one is just odd by comparison. The staff have a habit of taking their time and don't seem to be in much of a hurry. They also don't have proper training on all of their promotions, even those that have been running for more than a month. The food was mediocre at best. Our fries had definitely been reheated and weren't fresh. The chicken and shrimp was so heavily seasoned you couldn't even taste the actual meat. Plus the shrimp we're severely overcooked and resembled little cannonballs of spice made of rubber.

(June 30, 2019, 5:15 am)The food is good, the service is usually prompt. I only give it four stars because they are often understaffed during busy times. (Weekends, dinner time, etc.) I feel like most Applebees are 4 stars, honestly. They are what they are.
