Steak 'n Shake

Great place for a quick bite. Always a busy place. Plenty of staff, so service should be at a consistent 8, not a 5. Its quite noticable, as you sit and wait, watching how staff interacts with other customers. Next time ill include pictures of 5 to 7 servers standing around at service station, talking, while customers need seated, drinks, menus, etc.... step ur game up steak n shake.. seriously .

Always good food. But the place is usually dirty. Tables not properly wiped and floor covered with stuff. Like spilled drinks and napkins. Service is usually nice but they are always busy. So expect a wait.

Food was good. Waitress was a little air headed, but very kind. I very much enjoyed the happy hour 1/2 off the beverages. Didn't know they had that there. I got a milkshake of course. Overall a good visit.

It's an okay place to eat. The food is alright. It's often colder than the North Pole inside, for whatever reason. That effects the food in a bad way because if it's crowded and they get busy your fries will get the umm....cold shoulder. Then again the drive through is the same way. The food is often cold. But even so, if it's not to your liking they will make your order again. Friendly place though. Great place to bring the kids. Safe and calm.

Honestly it's your average diner with a little bit of fast food added for flavor. Their menu is very cheap unless you buy one of their prime steakburgers or their signature steaks. Other than that you can expect your meal to be around 6 dollars. Service could be a bit better but that doesn't detract from the overall experience. It can be crowded from time to time but you just have to go at the right time. It's open late and the food is pretty decent for cheap
